    Purpose   Computes confidence limits for various distributions.

    Remarks   Confidence limits c are computed by the inverse of the
              following distribution function

                    Prob(x≤c) = F(c) = ∫ ƒ(x) dx

              i.e.      -1
                   c = F (alfa) such that Prob(x≤c ) = F(c ) = alfa
